Connecting Kommo to Botcorp Chat

   Sign in to your account

   Go to the sign-in page and log in to your account.

   Open your Workspace

   After signing in you'll land on the home page, where a Workspace has already been created for you. If you need more workspaces, message our specialist on WhatsApp.

   Open the Workspace settings

   Click the three dots in the top right corner to open the settings window.

   Choose the Kommo tab

   The integration settings will open.

   Click “Connect”

   In the Kommo integration section, click “Connect” — the Kommo sign-in page will open.

   Sign in to Kommo

   Enter the credentials of the Kommo account you want to connect and allow access.

   Important: you need administrator rights in Kommo to connect the integration.

   Done!

   Once you've signed in, you'll see a message confirming that the integration is connected.
